By accessing and utilizing the software development services provided by Hareetech Development, you signify your irrevocable consent to these terms. This agreement governs your use of our website, tools, and custom-built software solutions.
We specialize in high-end software engineering. Each project begins with a Statement of Work (SOW). Any request for features outside this initial scope constitutes "Scope Creep" and will be managed via formal change orders.
To initiate engineering, only a "Token Amount" is required in advance. All subsequent project payments are strictly tied to milestone completion. No further amounts are due until the discussed project phase (e.g., UI/UX, Backend Development, or Alpha release) is successfully demonstrated and approved.
While the client receives the finished product, the delivery of the raw source code and developer documentation is a premium service. Requesting the full source code handover will incur an additional cost equivalent to 40% of the entire project valuation.
Upon receipt of 100% of the agreed project fees (including code delivery fees if applicable), all rights transfer to the Client. Hareetech retains rights to "Developer Tools" and pre-existing libraries used across multiple client projects.
Both parties agree to treat all shared business logic, trade secrets, and user data as "Highly Confidential." We implement rigorous encryption and secure server protocols to safeguard your intellectual assets.
We provide a 30-day "Stability Warranty" following deployment. Any critical bugs within the original SOW will be remediated. This does not cover issues arising from client-side server failures or external API deprecations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hareetech Development shall not be held liable for any indirect or punitive damages. Our total financial liability for any claim is strictly limited to the actual amount received by us for the specific module in question.
Hareetech Development is not responsible for client-side server issues, third-party hosting downtime, or infrastructure failures. Furthermore, we are not liable for any data loss, security breaches, or database corruption occurring after the final delivery and handover of the project.
Either party may dissolve the partnership with a 30-day formal written notice. Upon termination, a "Final Audit" will settle outstanding invoices. Hareetech will provide a transition package provided all financial obligations are met.
This agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any disagreements will first be submitted to a neutral mediator. Should mediation fail, the dispute will be resolved within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in your registered business city.
